This course is not only an entry level
course for the new user, but is also
relevant to existing users wanting
to upgrade or enhance their existing

skills, or perhaps change over
from other 3d packages.
This course, will take you from 3D beginner level through to a commercial level understanding of 3d disciplines that relate directly to industries utilising 3d Animation and VFX such as Games, Film, Broadcast Television, Architecture and Product Visualisation, Internet Web, Medical Visualisation and Defence.
The course covers the major functional areas of the latest version of 3ds Max primarily, user interface and workflow, basic scene creation, materials and texturing, lighting, and rendering, Organised into a series of theory and hands on sessions, the course ensures that the student will receive a minimum of 30 hours of well paced, intensive professional training.

Once you have completed this course, you will have a commercial level understanding and hands on experience of professional 3d disciplines that relate directly to industries using 3d visualisation and digital content creation solutions such as Film, TV, Broadcast, Architecture, Product Design, Medical, and Online Web.
This course does not just focus on
the buttons, but does cover the processes
that underlie them and the reasons
they are used in production. This
not only helps you understand the
concepts, but also how to apply them
to your own work.
This course takes you through the
fundamentals of using 3ds Max, teaching
you the essential elements and concepts
within the 3Dimensional world. You
will benefit from the experience of
Autodesk Certified Instructors as
well as educators, consultants and
Autodesk Training Specialists who
have helped to put this course together.
Pre-Requisites
No prior knowledge of 3ds Max is assumed,
although a working knowledge of PC's
and the Windows operating environment
is assumed.
