Revit to 3ds Max Complete

This course is specifically targeted towards those wanting to successfully import their Revit models into 3ds Max for Design Visualisation.

The course covers the proper workflow and integrated use of Revit Architecture and 3ds Max together to create commercial quality images and animations. Covering principles of architectural visualization theory, importing and exporting functionality of each program, 3ds Max user interface and workflow, scene setup, materials and texturing, lighting, scene composition, and rendering. Organized into a series of theory and hands on sessions, the course ensures that the student will receive a minimum of 5 days of well paced, intensive professional training.

Once you have completed this course, you will have a commercial level understanding of design visualization techniques through the use of both Revit Architecture and 3ds Max. You will have the knowledge to use both programs to their fullest to create both interior and exterior visualization scenes in both still and animated formats.

This course does not just focus on the buttons, but does cover the processes and workflow that underlie them and the reasons they are used in production. This not only helps you understand the concepts, but also how to apply them to your own work.

Not only does this course teach you the ability to successfully navigate your models between the two programs, but also takes you through the fundamentals of using 3ds Max for design visualisation, teaching you the essential elements and concepts within the 3Dimensional world. You will benefit from the experience of Autodesk Certified Instructors as well as educators, consultants and Autodesk Training Specialists who have helped to put this course together.

Pre-Requisites
A basic understanding of Revit Architecture is assumed. No prior knowledge of 3ds Max is assumed, although a working knowledge of PC's and the Windows operating environment is assumed.
