Fill in the enrolment form and choose which payment option you would like, either cash, money order, cheque or direct deposit payment Make sure all area’s that require a signature are signed and return the original from to us along with the appropriate deposit.
3. Payment
Places will be locked in only after
a deposit of 30% of the total course
fee is received no later than 2 weeks
prior to comencement of the course.
Full payment of the course must be
received at least one week before
commencement of the course. Payments
can be made by cheque, money order,
cash or direct deposit. Sorry, we do
not accept credit cards. If paying
by personal cheque, full payment must
be made at least 2 weeks before the
start of the course.

Course Schedule Adjustment
The course schedule is subject to
last-minute changes due to instructor
unavailability/illness, low enrolment,
or other exceptional circumstances.
True life Creations reserves the right
to change the schedule if these circumstances
occur. Every effort will be made to
reschedule participants. Fees will
be fully refunded or applied toward
a future course depending on the wishes
of the student.

Student Cancellations, Rescheduling,
No-Shows, and Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration,
30% of the cost of the course per
person processing fee will be charged
or invoiced if you cancel within five
(5) working days of the start of the
course.
If you cannot attend, someone else
can take your place as long as we
are notified before the start of the
course.
